Our commitment

LumioTech believes great software is software everyone can use. We design and build our website and the LumioTrack platform to be usable by people of all abilities, and we hold our client work to the same standard.

Standards we follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. In practice, that means our sites are built with:

• Semantic HTML landmarks and a logical heading structure.
• Full keyboard operability, every interactive element can be reached and used without a mouse.
• Visible focus indicators and a "skip to content" link.
• Sufficient color contrast for text and interface elements.
• Alternative text for meaningful images and labels for all form controls.
• Support for prefers-reduced-motion, animations are disabled for users who opt out of motion.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is not a one-time checkbox. We review our pages as we build them, test with keyboard navigation and screen readers, and treat accessibility issues as bugs, prioritized and fixed like any other defect.

Known limitations

Some third-party content we link to or embed may not meet the same standards. Where we can influence it, we do; where we cannot, we try to offer an accessible alternative.
